Chef Keith Snow is on a mission to help American families eat healthier by cooking seasonally. Harvest Eating will shed light on the artisan producers, organic farmers and other dedicated people who create healthy, fresh from the ground foods.
Our goal is to show everyday people how and where to find local, seasonal and organic foods by making relationships with growers, farmers and store clerks. We encourage viewers to eat creative, healthy and delicious meals.
Each episode features our host, Chef Keith Snow, in the kitchen creating memories with the seasonal foods he finds on the show.
